  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Eligibility: Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Proof of purchase required.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used knives, customized/personalized items, clearance/final sale items, and items damaged by misuse.
• Process: You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] to receive an RMA number before shipping.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. We cover standard shipping for replacement items.
