To ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened & Used Knives: Any knife showing signs of use, sharpening, modification, or wear. SAFETY POLICY

- Clearance or Final Sale Items: As explicitly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Items Damaged by Misuse: Products with damage not stemming from a manufacturing defect.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all components. Use the provided shipping label or ship to the authorized address. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage. - Inspection & Processing
Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days) to confirm it meets all eligibility conditions. - Completion
For Returns: Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval.
For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement once the return is approved. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Refund Information
